The Nemox Gelato Chef 2200 is equipped with a powerful independent refrigeration system with compressor for automatic freezing. There is no more messing with chopping ice and mixing with salt and there are no bowls to freeze hours before you want to use the machine. Just mix your favorite homemade ice cream recipe, turn the unit on and after a few minutes pour in mix. The Gelato Chef 2200 does the rest. The unique dual bowl design means you can make one batch right after another. No waiting for bowls to freeze or adding ice and salt like non compressor models. Simply make your first batch in the removable bowl and when you are finished, make your second batch in the fixed inner bowl made of 18/10 stainless steel. Two mixing paddles are included for easy transition between batches. With a capacity of 1.5 quarts and a freeze time of 20-40 minutes per batch, you can keep everyone happy enjoying their favorite frozen dessert or beverage. Nemox Gelato Chef 2200 Automatic Review: TERRIBLE MACHINE- DO NOT BUY!
USELESS! EXPENSIVE! I had this machine exactly one year. The motor, and plastic part it slots into, did not stay in place. They would fly apart and crack even when the ice cream mix was still runny. The ice cream was delicious when it did freeze, but this involved me holding the motor in place for 30 minutes, not very convenient! There is only one contact number to call for spare parts and assistance and they NEVER call you back. So after one year I had to throw it away. I wish I had bought the Cuisinart!
